How I can order? 

No orders by phone, email or fax are processed. All orders must be made through our website.To make them through our Portal, you you must register as a user, add the items that want to "shopping” and validate the order through a form, where the General Conditions of sale are accepted.

What methods of payment do you accept?

When deliveries are made and how long it takes to reach me the order? 

““Deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Transportation agency collects orders daily, delivering them to the destination the next day. Pickups are made from Monday to Thursday, so orders made in Thursday, Friday , Saturday or Sunday will not come until Monday.Note: Shipments to the Balearic Islands typically take 48-72 hours, so that they will reach about two days later than the date selected for delivery. The price of these shipments is € 3.00 supplement. " "

What happens when the carrier arrives and there is no one at home? 

He will leave a notice and try again later. If at that time there is no one at home , he will leave a note with the phone number of the nearest agency where you will be informed when the delivery will be done again (probably the next day) or if you prefer to,  you can pick it up personally .
