Allantoin exerts a keratolytic and regenerating effect, increasing self-cleaning of the skin by exfoliation of dead tissue. Panthenol accelerates regeneration. Unique content chlorhexidine in combination with ketoconazole has high efficiency in the case of bacterial and fungal skin diseases.
