Payment

For the first purchase we recommended payment by bank transfer. This way you do not have to make the payment until you have received the request and proven quality. If you are not satisfied you can call us and we will send a messenger to pick up the box. You will not have to pay anything. If you prefer, you can request a new box to change it with the one which is not up to standard.

Remember, the shipping is free when buying a box of oranges or more; otherwise the shipping price is € 6.00 per order.

The proposed forms of payment are:

Credit card

When making your order on-line, once you have validated all the information about your purchase, get a new page where you must enter your card details appears. This display comes from a reputable bank (Banco Sabadell) and the entered data will be transmitted directly to it.

3D SECURE: Customers that pay their orders by credit card, will use the 3DSecure payment system. It is the new form of payment developed by Visa and MasterCard that permits secure purchases on the Internet and authenticates the buyer as the legitimate holder of the card being used. From now you can only buy using this special PIN (secret key) for internet purchases your own bank you should have previously provided. Remember this special PIN is different from the PIN that you usually use in ATMs. Thus it becomes impossible to fraud on the network and ensures total security in transactions.

PayPal

It is an accredited online purchase transactions financial institution. It is widely used and provides complete security of payment. You can use your Paypal account if you already have one or pay with your Visa or MasterCard.

Debit

At the time you make your order you may provide us your account number and we will manage of the most comfortable and simple form the collection of your orders. The receipt will be sent to the bank the next week of having received the order.

If you choose to pay by transfer, you must indicate on the concept the name of the registered customer. This is very important to award the payment of your order.

You do not have to pay anything until you have received your order and proven quality. Inside the box you will indicate the account data so you can make the transfer.

Cash on delivery

This mode is valid for orders with delivery address in Spain; it has a surcharge of € 2 euros which you will pay along with the amount of your order when you receive it at the address you specified.
