Changes and Returns

Consider some important aspects for the shipment:

• If you notice that the package at the time of delivery to your home, have an outward appearance indicating that it may be broken or damaged and that its quality or are at risk conservation, do not open it, simply do not accept. We will be back and we will resend new one to you. Do not take any risk in this aspect and do not hesitate to inform the staff.

• Once opened your purchase, and it is not in perfect condition, please contact us, please note that two days after delivery VET HISPANIA, SL will not be responsible for the defective product. You must first send an e-mail to (email), with the order number, explaining the reason for the return. We will resend another order and when delivery the current product, the old one will be collected.

• If the product is in perfect condition with its original packaging and still prefer to return, you'll have 15 days to do so, in this case the postage will be paid by you

The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal (or return) is 15 working days, as it is provided in Article 71 of the Royal Decree.
